1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United States (US). International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We partner with trusted US carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your orders. Estimated transit times are:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days after processing (additional fees apply)
Note: Transit times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold (details displayed at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your provided email address. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect address information.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@goodunisaeuropa.com. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.
  • For damaged, lost, or missing packages, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@goodunisaeuropa.com with your order number and details. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
